Floor Hire
Floors 2-5 are available for hire, 7 days a week and are around 3500sqft each.
Board Room Hire
We have a boardroom for hire at the rate of £25 per hour which seats 23 people, complete with a projector, high speed 1Gbps WiFi and up to 40Gbps of wired internet.
Film Set Location Hire
Wallasey Water tower is available for hire for a wide range of filming projects.
The venue has been kitted out with numerous facilities with film companies in mind, for example 32A Power with commando sockets on each floor, 40Gbps high speed internet access, WiFi, 24/7 access on all floors, backup generator and has kitchen and toilet facilities and well as access to the LCR Film Network, so crews can upload rushes direct from set to post.
Since our opening, we’ve already hosted a number of small filming projects mainly from local media/production companies who’ve used the space for a wide range of backdrops for various filming opportunities.
Wallasey Water tower is available on a daily/weekly rental basis and offers 24/7 access and we’re happy to sign most NDA’s.
Sustainable Filming
In addition to the above, the electricity used in Wallasey Water Tower is 100% renewable, generated using the solar panels on the roof and at other local sites.
This helps with film companies sustainable practices for example Albert sustainable production.
